Fourth Report (November)

22-11-2010

• Prepared an appointment letter to YADIM (Yayasan Dakwah Islamiah Malaysia).
• List down a few Islamic Companies in Malaysia.
• I'm helping Pak Abu by create a collage for disable people.

23-11-2010

• Continue doing the collage for the requested book that need to be braille later on.
• Me and Atikah was assigned to make a proposal for MMASTEC new project-Usahawan Bengkel SYOB(Workshop Kereta) and submit it tomorrow (24th November) to Encik Nazrol.
•  Had a meeting with Dr.Marzuki, En. Asrol, En Lutfi, En Izad, Kak Mimi and and the rest of the practical students .
• In that meeting we had giving a task to search and prepare the contents for the following website (Book for Blind, MMastec Engineering, BSM Sdn Bhd and Keyei).

• Make an appointment letter to YADIM ( Yayasan Dakwah Islamiah Malaysia) for translation book into braille printing.
•  En. Nazrol return back the proposal (Usahawan Bengkel SYOB(Workshop Kereta) ) to us (Me and Atikah) for make an any correction.

• Based on the meeting yesterday that we had assigned to search and prepare the contents for the following website (Book for Blind, MMastec Engineering, BSM Sdn Bhd and Keyei), we had divide our task to each individual, 

Farhanuddean - Search for the MMastec Engineering Sdn Bhd information.
Faizzuddin - Search the pictures for MMastec Engineering Sdn Bhd, BSM Bhd, and Book For Blind. 

 Nazri - Search the projects that has been done by MMastec Engineering  Sdn Bhd and BSM Bhd. 
Puvendren  - Search for the BSM Sdn Bhd information. 
Noor Atiqah (Me) - Search the information for Book For Blind. 
Jasmalina and Atikah - Search the information about the KEYEI

Since Keyei is not completed yet, we have helped Jasmalina and Atikah to search the Keyei Information on the next day.

• Before we go back,we've been helping Pak Abu to create a collage for disable people.

• Had a meeting with Mr Sheon and briefed about upcoming event and task that need to be done before end of the week.

• Yesterday, I already list down a few Islamic companies and now, I was assigned to find the information and contact number for each companies.

26-11-2010

• Continued by searching information and contact number for each Islamic companies.
• Prepared an appointment letter to each commercial ( coperasi,bank and association) for translation book into braille printing and Nazri will faxed the letter to each companies.Kak Fiza help us by make follow up call to make sure that letter is done received.

27-11-2010

• By 9am, we had came to the office to help Pak Abu to create a collage for text book that been given. We go back home at 2pm after done the duty.
